老鷹合唱團創團元老格侖佛雷病逝 得年67
Eagles合唱團今天在網站上宣佈，佛雷因為類風濕性關節炎、急性結腸潰瘍和肺炎併發症，和病魔搏鬥了幾個星期後，星期一在紐約醫院過世。
佛雷在1970年代早期與鼓手（亨利）、吉他手（利登）以及貝斯手（麥斯納），在洛杉磯創立Eagles，1970年代中期推出的"Hotel California"，成為史上最暢銷專輯之一。
Eagles在1980年解散，相隔14年之後，1994年再度攜手，受歡迎的程度不減，上個月，它們原本要在甘迺迪中心受獎，因為佛雷生病而延期。不料他就此一病不起，老鷹永久折翼。（圖片取材自網路）
